Before your treatment
Consultation
We check your skin, history and medication before anything else.
Patch test
Free, ten minutes, and needed 48 hours before any peel or needling.
When to wait
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have taken isotretinoin in the last six months, or have an active cold sore, infection or sunburn.
Retinoids
Stop them a week before a peel or needling.
After your treatment
First 24 hours
Keep your skin clean and skip make-up, so it can settle.
First 48 hours
No saunas, swimming or hard exercise while your skin is warm.
First week
Pause retinoids, acids and scrubs for five to seven days.
Two weeks
SPF 50 every day, reapplied outdoors. This matters most.
