You treat paying clients, or plan to within six months.
Bring your current prices and last three months of bookings, if you have them.
No formal qualification is needed for this day.
Accreditation
CPD-accredited: 6 CPD hours, recorded on your certificate.
Includes templates for pricing, packages and consultations.
A follow-up call with Nadia four weeks later.

Morning

Working out what a treatment really costs you.
Pricing, packages and programmes that clients understand.
Raising prices without losing the clients you want.
Afternoon
13:15–16:00
Booking systems, deposits and cancellation policies.
Consultations that turn into courses, not one-offs.
Finding clients: referrals, Instagram and local partners.
Your plan
16:00–17:00
Writing your own ninety-day plan, one to one.
Feedback from Nadia and the group.
Certificate of attendance.

Everything, in writing.

A full day in a group of six.

No. 05 · The Small Print
The small print, plainly.
Your deposit is refundable up to 28 days before the day.
After that, you can move to a later date once, free of charge.
Your certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the day.
Your balance is due 14 days before the day.
Is this only for skin therapists?
It is built around skin clinics, but lash, brow and nail professionals who sell treatments by appointment get just as much from it.
Do I need to share my numbers?
Only with Nadia, and only if you want to. The more she knows, the more specific your plan will be.
Will I get financial advice?
No. This is practical business mentoring, not accountancy or legal advice.
Where is the day held?
At LUMEN, 14 Tariff Street, Manchester M1 2FF, a five-minute walk from Piccadilly.
