New clients start with a £45 consultation, paid when you book. It comes off your first treatment if you go ahead within 30 days.

You can move or cancel for free with 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, or if you don’t arrive, the consultation fee or treatment deposit is kept.

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten the treatment so the next client isn’t kept waiting. The full price still applies.

Patch tests and safety
Peels and SkinPen microneedling need a free patch test at least 48 hours before. If your health history means a treatment isn’t safe, I won’t go ahead, and I’ll suggest one that is.
Courses of treatment
Courses of treatment
Dermalux LED courses and the clinical acne programme can be paid upfront or monthly. Sessions stay valid for 12 months and can be paused for illness or pregnancy.

Treatments can’t be refunded once carried out. Tell me within seven days if you’re unhappy with a result, and I’ll review it with you free of charge.

A deposit holds your place and comes off the fee: £350 for the Foundation skin certificate, £250 for the Level 4 chemical peels masterclass and £150 for the Business mentoring day.

Client records are kept for seven years after your last treatment, as our insurer requires. Enquiries that don’t lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.
